Ethiopia Halo Hartume
$19.00
Apricot, Cola, Plum
This coffee is named after Halo Hartume, washing station located near Ethiopia’s famous Gedeo Zone. Run by Mijane Worsea and his son Daniel, this is a fine example of southern Ethiopian washed coffee that features candied plum and apricot flavors. It is underscored with a bright acidity that finishes with a syrupy cola-like texture.
