Bali Kintamani is a unique lot that is processed differently than its Indonesian counterparts. This surprisingly complex coffee is dried longer and on raised beds instead of in bags, giving more time for its cherries mature with flavor. Tropical and fruity, this limited-offering seasonal is a testament to the smallholder farmers in Kintamani daring to try new methods in unfamiliar territory. The results are exceptional - with a richness, complexity that will keep cups happy as the days grow warmer this Spring.
