Colombia Juan Restrepo Natural
Papaya, black cherry, lime
We’re excited to be offering this limited-edition, special lot grown by Juan Felipe Restrepo, a 2022 Good Food award-winning third-generation coffee producer. He is the consummate expert and having studied roasting, brewing and coffee grading, Juan continues to improve his product on an agricultural scale. This ongoing challenge has prepared him to experiment with new processes and fermentations, manifesting quality cups that are at the bleeding edge of specialty coffee.
Luckily for us, his monumental efforts have rewarded us with a flavorful cup that’s deeply complex, fruity and aromatic. With notes of ripe papaya, black cherry and a lime finish, you can appreciate the level of craftsmanship this lot has achieved.
By partnering with Beyond Trade, 3-19 Coffee has been fortunate to showcase and support stellar producers like Juan, while controlling quality, impact and sustainability at every step of the coffee production chain. Try Colombia Juan Felipe Restrepo today!
Orders will be roasted every 1st Tuesday of the month, starting on April 5th, 2022
