Ethiopia Guji Natural
Raspberry, vanilla, Concord grape
This coffee comes from the Kercha district within the Guji zone in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. Producers deliver their ripe cherries to the washing station where the cherries are sorted and immediately placed on raised beds for drying. The attention to detail from the washing station up to the final export stage, preserves the coffee from damage and results in an exceptionally clean and sweet cup profile.
