How long will you remain roasting?

Our last roast will be on Tuesday September 23rd. Your final subscription shipment will be processed and shipped by the 23rd, to ensure delivery before then. 

When's the latest I can put an order in?

Orders will be accepted until 8:00 AM PT on the 23rd, and all subscriptions will continue through that date, allowing you to enjoy every last cup of 3-19 Coffee.

Will my subscription automatically cancel, or do I need to take action?

Your subscription will automatically cancel when we cease operations. You do not need to take any action to stop future charges or shipments.

What happens to my remaining subscription balance or prepaid orders?

If you have a remaining balance on prepaid subscriptions or gift cards, we will process refunds automatically to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after our closure date. If your original payment method is no longer valid, please contact us immediately at [email] to arrange an alternative refund method.

What happens to my account information and purchase history?

We will retain essential account information for 90 days after closure to process any remaining refunds or address customer service issues. After that period, all personal data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

Are there any discounts on final purchases?

We're offering 30% off 2lbs bags and 40% for 5lbs bags as our way of saying thank you. Use code FAREWELL at checkout.

Can you recommend similar coffee subscription services?

We suggest considering our friends Nomadic Coffee or visiting your local specialty coffee roasters to find a new source for quality beans.
