When will my coffee be shipped? / When can I expect my order?
We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of Thursday’s roast. Your order will usually arrive in 2-4 days after we ship it. We’ll send you a notification when your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you have questions regarding your international order please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
Since coffee is perishable, we can’t accept returns on coffee. However, if you have any issues with your order or your coffee, please contact us at (415) xxx-xxxx or firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks of receiving your order. We will be happy to help you.
All non-coffee items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. Email your order number, name, reason for return, and the item and quantity you wish to return to email@example.com or give us a call at (415) 964-0319. We will help you process your return.
